Bio

Siradon Prateepswangwong (Poem) graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering. During his time at Mines, he received the Mines Undergraduate Research Fellowship (MURF) and contributed to the Unconventional Reservoir Engineering Project (UREP), focusing on a novel spring-mass oscillation technique for measuring Gas-in-Place (GIP) in mesoporous cores. After graduation, he worked as a Reservoir Engineer at PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP) in Thailand for five years before pursuing a master’s degree.

Research Interest

He is interested in renewable energy and Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage (CCUS).
